Typically orders take between 1-3 business days to arrive. You will be sent a tracking link once your order has left our warehouse. For further information check out our Shipping Page.

As soon as you place an order and you get the confirmation page on our website you will receive an email within minutes. If you cannot see the email it sometimes unfortunately ends up in junk mail. Once you find it we recommend adding us to your contacts.

Whilst we aim to provide you with products that complete your home barista set up we will happily help you find whatever you are looking for. As fellow coffee enthusiasts we will be more than willing to do this just fill out the form found on our Contact Page.

Currently we ship to the United Kingdom but are looking to expand our shipping to the rest of Europe as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we do not ship to the United of States or the rest of the world at this time. For more information please visit our Shipping Page.

We accept returns within the 30 day Refund Policy. Items must be returned and unused in the original packaging and sent back to: BrewTool 21 Newlands Road Tunbridge Wells GB TN4 9AS. Please send us an Email to support@brewtool.co.uk explaining why you want to return your item. For more information about returns, refunds and exchanges please visit our Refund Policy page.
